These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Bloom Burst (the “App”), a game developed by Birkin Apps (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, sell, or distribute the App.
Stars, themes, collection badges, and other cosmetics are in-app virtual items; they have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be used outside the App. We may modify or remove them at any time.
The free version is supported by third-party ads (Google AdMob), including rewarded ads you may optionally watch for an in-game benefit. Ad content is not under our control. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising IDs are used and your choices.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, resell, or exploit the App except as permitted by law, and not to use it to violate any law or any third-party right.
The App — including its name, design, code, graphics, audio, and content — is owned by Birkin Apps and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license above.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birkin Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount (if any) you paid for the App.
We may update these Terms and modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or features. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. To the extent it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms govern where permitted.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), Birkin Apps (“biz”) tarafından geliştirilen Bloom Burst (“Uygulama”) oyununu kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Size; bu Koşullara ve Uygulamayı edindiğiniz uygulama mağazasının kurallarına tabi olarak, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda kişisel, ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla Uygulamayı indirip kullanmanız için kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapamaz, kopyalayamaz, satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.
Yıldızlar, temalar, koleksiyon rozetleri ve diğer kozmetikler uygulama içi sanal öğelerdir; gerçek para değeri taşımaz, nakde çevrilemez, devredilemez ve uygulama dışında kullanılamaz. Bunları dilediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz.
Ücretsiz sürüm, üçüncü taraf reklamlarla (Google AdMob) desteklenir; bunlara, isteğe bağlı izleyerek oyun-içi avantaj alabileceğiniz ödüllü reklamlar dâhildir. Reklam içeriği bizim kontrolümüzde değildir. Reklam kimliklerinin nasıl kullanıldığı ve seçimleriniz için Gizlilik Politikası’na bakın.
Uygulamayı, yasaların izin verdiği durumlar dışında tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, kaynağına ayırmamayı, değiştirmemeyi, dağıtmamayı, yeniden satmamayı veya istismar etmemeyi; ayrıca herhangi bir yasayı ya da üçüncü taraf hakkını ihlal için kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Uygulama — adı, tasarımı, kodu, grafikleri, sesi ve içeriği dâhil — Birkin Apps’e aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. Yukarıdaki sınırlı lisans dışında size hiçbir hak verilmez.
Uygulama, yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hiçbir tür garanti olmaksızın “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekliyle” sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, güvenli veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Birkin Apps; Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Sorumluluğun hariç tutulamadığı yerlerde, sorumluluk Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla (varsa) sınırlıdır.
Bu Koşulları güncelleyebilir, Uygulamayı veya özellikleri değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir ya da durdurabiliriz. Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Uygulamayı kaldırarak istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz.
Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
Uygulamayı Apple App Store’dan edindiyseniz, Apple’ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Bu Koşullarla çeliştiği ölçüde, izin verilen yerlerde bu Koşullar geçerlidir.
