Koş Ustam (the “App”, the “Game”) is a Turkish-themed endless runner game developed by Birkin Apps (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data. The short version: Koş Ustam collects no personal data at all.

Summary

We collect no personal data — no name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or health data.
No ads, no advertising ID, no tracking. The App contains no advertising SDKs and does not access your IDFA or Android Advertising ID.
No analytics and no crash-reporting SDKs. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party.
No account, no login, no in-app purchases.
Your scores and progress stay on your device only.

Data stored on your device

Your settings, best distances/scores, and collected coins are stored locally on your device using shared_preferences. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the App deletes this data.

Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any data. The App does not use an advertising identifier, does not fingerprint your device, and makes no network requests to our servers or to advertising or analytics services.

Third parties

The App integrates no third-party advertising, analytics, or social SDKs. Your app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) may process standard install and payment information under its own privacy policy: Apple, Google.

Children

Because the App collects no data and shows no ads, it is safe for players of all ages and compliant with COPPA and GDPR-K by design.

Store privacy disclosures

Consistent with Apple’s App Privacy and Google Play’s Data Safety, our declaration for Koş Ustam is: Data Not Collected.

Changes

If a future update ever changes how data is handled, we will update this Policy and the store disclosures first. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.

Koş Ustam (“Uygulama”, “Oyun”), Birkin Apps (“biz”) tarafından geliştirilen Türk temalı bir sonsuz koşu oyunudur. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Uygulamanın verileri nasıl ele aldığını açıklar. Kısaca: Koş Ustam hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz.

Özet

Hiçbir kişisel veri toplamıyoruz — ad, e-posta, telefon, konum, rehber, fotoğraf veya sağlık verisi yok.
Reklam yok, reklam kimliği yok, takip yok. Uygulamada reklam SDK’sı bulunmaz; IDFA’nıza veya Android Reklam Kimliğinize erişilmez.
Analitik ve çökme raporlama SDK’sı yok. Bize veya üçüncü bir tarafa hiçbir şey gönderilmez.
Hesap yok, giriş yok, uygulama içi satın alma yok.
Skorlarınız ve ilerlemeniz yalnızca cihazınızda kalır.

Cihazınızda saklanan veriler

Ayarlarınız, en iyi mesafe/skorlarınız ve topladığınız altınlar, shared_preferences ile cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Bu veriler cihazınızdan asla çıkmaz ve bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Uygulamayı silmek bu verileri de siler.

Toplamadığımız veriler

Hiçbir veriyi toplamıyor, iletmiyor, satmıyor veya paylaşmıyoruz. Uygulama reklam kimliği kullanmaz, cihaz parmak izi çıkarmaz; sunucularımıza veya herhangi bir reklam/analitik hizmetine ağ isteği yapmaz.

Üçüncü taraflar

Uygulama; üçüncü taraf reklam, analitik veya sosyal SDK içermez. Uygulama mağazanız (Apple App Store / Google Play), standart kurulum ve ödeme bilgilerini kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işleyebilir: Apple, Google.

Çocuklar

Uygulama veri toplamadığı ve reklam göstermediği için her yaştan oyuncu için güvenlidir; tasarımı gereği COPPA ve GDPR-K ile uyumludur.

Apple App Privacy ve Google Play Data Safety ile tutarlı olarak Koş Ustam beyanımız: Veri Toplanmıyor.

Değişiklikler

Gelecekteki bir güncelleme veri kullanımını değiştirirse, önce bu Politikayı ve mağaza beyanlarını güncelleriz. “Son güncelleme” tarihi en güncel sürümü yansıtır.
