Merge Garage Tycoon (the “App”, the “Game”) is an idle merge game developed by Birkin Apps (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, why, and your choices. Merge Garage Tycoon does not require an account — play is anonymous.
On iOS, your IDFA is used only if you grant permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT). On Android, your Advertising ID (GAID) is used. Purpose: to serve and measure rewarded and interstitial ads through Google AdMob. This is considered tracking.
Events such as merges, order completions, garage upgrades, and the purchase flow are recorded via Firebase Analytics together with an app-instance ID, device/OS information, and approximate (country-level) location. These are not linked to your identity and are not used for tracking.
Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports and diagnostics (stack traces, device state at the time of a crash) so we can find and fix bugs.
Firebase Remote Config delivers game-balance values and feature flags to your device. It uses standard device information but no personal identifiers.
Optional in-app purchases (coin and booster packs) are processed through Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing, including restoring purchases. We do not process or store your payment-card data — Apple and Google handle payments.
Your game progress, coins, garage level, and settings are stored locally on your device using shared_preferences and remain on the device. There is no cloud save.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or health data. There is no social login and no user account.
To request deletion of analytics or crash data associated with your device, email support@birkinapps.com. You can delete all local game data by uninstalling the App.
Merge Garage Tycoon is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If a user is under 13 (or the applicable age in your region), advertising will not be personalized and analytics is restricted, in line with COPPA and GDPR-K.
Consistent with Apple’s App Privacy and Google Play’s Data Safety, we declare: Device ID (advertising; used for tracking), Product Interaction (analytics), Crash Data (app functionality), Purchase History (app functionality).
We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.

Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, kesin konumunuzu, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı veya sağlık verinizi toplamıyoruz. Sosyal giriş ve kullanıcı hesabı yoktur.
Cihazınızla ilişkili analitik veya çökme verilerinin silinmesini talep etmek için support@birkinapps.com adresine e-posta gönderin. Uygulamayı kaldırarak tüm yerel oyun verilerini silebilirsiniz.
