Parcel Panic

Privacy Policy — Parcel Panic

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Parcel Panic (the “App”, the “Game”) is a parcel-sorting puzzle game developed by Birkin Apps (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, why, and your choices. Parcel Panic does not require an account — play is anonymous.

Summary

Data we collect and why

1. Device identifier / advertising ID

On iOS, your IDFA is used only if you grant permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT). On Android, your Advertising ID (GAID) is used. Purpose: to serve and measure ads through Google AdMob. This is considered tracking.

2. Anonymous user ID

An identifier generated automatically by Firebase Anonymous Authentication. It is not linked to your name or email. Purpose: to back up and restore your game save in the cloud (app functionality). This is not tracking. The game works fully even if this sign-in fails — your local save is always the source of truth.

3. Game progress (cloud backup)

Level unlocks, stars, language, and settings are saved locally on your device and backed up to Firebase Realtime Database, linked to your anonymous ID (app functionality).

4. Product interaction / analytics

Events such as level starts, deliveries, retries, and reward-ad usage are recorded via Firebase Analytics together with an app-instance ID, device/OS information, and approximate (country-level) location. These are not linked to your identity and are not used for tracking.

5. Crash reports

Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports and diagnostics (stack traces, device state at the time of a crash) so we can find and fix bugs.

6. Remote configuration

Firebase Remote Config delivers game-balance values and feature flags to your device. It uses standard device information but no personal identifiers.

7. On-device settings/progress

Your settings and progress are stored locally on your device using shared_preferences; the cloud backup above is optional and never blocks play.

Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or health data. There is no social login, no user account you create, and no in-app purchases — so no purchase data at all.

Third parties (sub-processors)

Advertising/measurement domains used: googleadservices.com, doubleclick.net, googlesyndication.com, google-analytics.com, app-measurement.com.

Your choices & rights

Data deletion

To request deletion of data linked to your anonymous ID, email support@birkinapps.com. You can also delete local data by uninstalling the App.

Children

Parcel Panic is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If a user is under 13 (or the applicable age in your region), advertising will not be personalized and analytics is restricted, in line with COPPA and GDPR-K.

Store privacy disclosures

Consistent with Apple’s App Privacy and Google Play’s Data Safety, we declare: Device ID (advertising; used for tracking), Anonymous User ID (app functionality), Product Interaction (analytics), Crash Data (app functionality).

Changes

We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
