Pegfall (the “App”, the “Game”) is a combat-peg roguelite game developed by Birkin Apps (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, why, and your choices. Pegfall does not require an account — play is anonymous.
On iOS, your IDFA is used only if you grant permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT). On Android, your Advertising ID (GAID) is used. Purpose: to serve and measure rewarded and interstitial ads through Google AdMob. This is considered tracking.
Events such as run results, orb and relic picks, and the purchase flow are recorded via Firebase Analytics together with an app-instance identifier. They are never sold. Because the same device may receive personalized AdMob ads when you allow tracking, our App Store privacy label lists this data under "Data Used to Track You".
Processed through in-app purchase (Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing) for one-time products such as remove-ads, currency packs, and cosmetic skins, and to restore purchases. We do not process or store your payment-card data — Apple and Google handle payments.
When you buy something, the App Store or Google Play also sends our server a notice of the purchase: product, price, currency, store country, purchase time, transaction ID, and whether the purchase was refunded, family-shared or made with an offer. It is not matched to your leaderboard profile or to any account. We use it only for sales reporting and keep it for 24 months.
Your profile (currency, unlocks, ascension progress, daily/weekly results) and settings are stored locally on your device using shared_preferences and are not uploaded anywhere. Uninstalling the App deletes them.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or health data (except as described under Online leaderboard if you link Google). You can play without an account. The online leaderboard is optional: if you choose to join it, the game creates an anonymous leaderboard profile for you. You may also link it to Sign in with Apple or Google, which is optional.
The leaderboard is optional and starts only when you choose to join it, either on the leaderboard screen or from the invitation shown after a Daily, Weekly Race or Endless run. If you join from that invitation, the score of the run you just finished is sent too; until you join, run results stay on your device. When you join, we store on Google Firebase servers in the United States (us-central1): an anonymous user ID, a nickname (generated for you; you can change it once every 7 days), your language, your platform (iOS or Android), your best leaderboard scores (floor numbers), the time you joined, and moderation data (reports about nicknames, warning count, whether a nickname is hidden). If you link Sign in with Apple or Google, Firebase Authentication also keeps the sign-in provider and the identifier that provider returns (for Google this includes your email address). We do not show your email or real name to anyone; only your nickname appears on the leaderboard.
Nicknames are checked against a word filter, and other players can report a nickname. Reports store the reporter's and the reported player's user IDs. Hidden or offensive nicknames are replaced.
We use Firebase App Check (Apple App Attest / Google Play Integrity) to confirm that requests come from the real app. It does not collect personal data about you.
In the game, open Settings > Account and tap Leave the leaderboard and delete my data (or Delete account if you linked Apple or Google). This immediately deletes your leaderboard profile, your scores and your Firebase account. If Sign in with Apple was linked, its token is revoked. Nickname reports you made, and reports other players made about your nickname, are deleted as well. Data kept only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. If you cannot open the game, email support@birkinapps.com with the subject "Pegfall data deletion" and your nickname; we complete the request within 30 days.
To request deletion of analytics data linked to the App’s anonymous identifiers, email support@birkinapps.com. You can delete all local data by uninstalling the App.
Pegfall is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If a user is under 13 (or the applicable age in your region), advertising will not be personalized and analytics is restricted, in line with COPPA and GDPR-K.
Consistent with Apple’s App Privacy and Google Play’s Data Safety, we declare: Device ID (advertising; used for tracking), Product Interaction (analytics), Purchase History (analytics), Crash Data (app functionality), User ID, Gameplay Content and Other User Content (leaderboard, optional), Email Address (only if you link Google).
We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.

E-postanızı ya da gerçek adınızı kimseye göstermeyiz; sıralamada yalnızca takma adınız görünür.
Takma adlar bir kelime filtresinden geçer ve diğer oyuncular bir takma adı şikâyet edebilir. Şikâyet kaydında şikâyet eden ve edilen oyuncunun kullanıcı kimlikleri tutulur. Gizlenen ya da uygunsuz takma adlar değiştirilir.
İsteklerin gerçek uygulamadan geldiğini doğrulamak için Firebase App Check (Apple App Attest / Google Play Integrity) kullanırız. App Check sizin hakkınızda kişisel veri toplamaz.
Oyunda Ayarlar > Hesap bölümünü açın ve Sıralamadan ayrıl ve verimi sil düğmesine dokunun (Apple ya da Google bağladıysanız Hesabı sil). Bu işlem sıralama profilinizi, skorlarınızı, sizin yaptığınız ve sizin hakkınızda yapılan takma ad şikâyetlerini ve Firebase hesabınızı hemen siler. Apple ile Giriş bağlıysa jetonu iptal edilir. Yalnızca cihazınızda tutulan veriler uygulamayı kaldırınca silinir. Oyunu açamıyorsanız support@birkinapps.com adresine "Pegfall veri silme" konulu, takma adınızı içeren bir e-posta gönderin; talebinizi 30 gün içinde tamamlarız.
Uygulamanın anonim kimliklerine bağlı analitik verilerin silinmesini talep etmek için support@birkinapps.com adresine e-posta gönderin. Tüm yerel verileri Uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsiniz.
Pegfall genel izleyici içindir ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Kullanıcı 13 yaşından küçükse (veya bölgenizdeki geçerli yaş), COPPA ve GDPR-K uyarınca reklam kişiselleştirilmez ve analitik kısıtlanır.
