Skyscrapers (the “App”, the “Game”) is a logic-puzzle game developed by Birkin Apps (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data. The short version: Skyscrapers does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no login, and play is completely anonymous.
Your puzzle progress, statistics, and preferences (such as theme and language settings) are saved locally on your device using the operating system’s standard app storage (shared_preferences). This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or anyone else, and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
The App may load a small, static “More Games” list from our website (birkinapps.com) to show you other Birkin Apps titles. This request works like opening a normal web page: it contains no personal data, no identifiers, and nothing about your gameplay. Our hosting provider may transiently process your IP address for the sole technical purpose of delivering the file, as any web server does. The App is otherwise fully playable offline — puzzles are generated on your device.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, health data, advertising ID, or device identifiers. We run no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no profiling of any kind.
No third party receives personal data from the App. You download the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play; the store’s own privacy policy governs your store account and the download itself (Apple: apple.com/legal/privacy, Google: policies.google.com/privacy).
Because we do not collect or store any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. All game data lives on your device — you can remove it at any time by uninstalling the App. If you still have a privacy question or request, contact us at the address below.
Skyscrapers is suitable for a general audience. Since the App collects no personal data, shows no ads, and performs no tracking, it does not process any data from children within the meaning of COPPA or GDPR-K.
Consistent with Apple’s App Privacy and Google Play’s Data Safety sections, our declaration for Skyscrapers is: Data Not Collected.
We may update this Policy — for example if a future version of the App adds new features. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version, and any change in what data is handled will be reflected here before it ships.
