Tide Pool Trio (the “App”, the “Game”) is a tile-matching puzzle game developed by Birkin Apps (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains our data practices. The short version: Tide Pool Trio does not collect any personal data at all.
To make the Game work, your level progress, statistics, and preferences (such as language and sound settings) are stored locally on your device using shared_preferences. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us, and is not shared with anyone.
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any data. There is no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, no cloud sync, no user account, no in-app purchases, and no tracking of any kind.
The App itself uses no third-party data services. The store you download it from (Apple App Store or Google Play) may process data under its own privacy policy — see apple.com/legal/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy. We receive none of that data in identifiable form.
Because all data is stored only on your device, you can delete everything by uninstalling the App. There is nothing for us to delete on any server.
Tide Pool Trio is suitable for all ages. Since the App collects no data and shows no ads, there is no processing of children’s data (COPPA / GDPR-K compliant by design).
Consistent with Apple’s App Privacy and Google Play’s Data Safety, we declare: Data Not Collected.
We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. If a future version of the App ever adds a feature that processes data, this Policy will be updated first.
