Hayal: Gölge Koşusu (“Shadow Play Run”; the “App”, the “Game”) is an endless-runner game set on a Karagöz shadow-theatre screen, developed by Birkin Apps (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data. The short version: the App collects no personal data at all.
The App saves your best scores, run progress, and settings (such as language and sound) locally on your device using shared_preferences. Daily-seed runs (“Shadow of the Day”) are generated mathematically on your device — no server is contacted. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or any third party, and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, or any other personal data. The App makes no network requests for data collection.
The App uses no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may process data (such as your download history) under their own privacy policies: apple.com/legal/privacy, policies.google.com/privacy.
Because we collect and store no personal data on our side, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or port. You can erase all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the App.
Hayal: Gölge Koşusu is suitable for a general audience. Since the App collects no data and shows no ads, it is safe for children under COPPA and GDPR-K without any special configuration.
Consistent with Apple’s App Privacy and Google Play’s Data Safety sections, the App is declared as: “Data Not Collected.”
If a future version of the App ever changes these practices (for example, by adding rewarded ads), we will update this Policy first; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
