These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Hayal: Gölge Koşusu (“Shadow Play Run”; the “App”), a game developed by Birkin Apps (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
The current version of the App is free to use, contains no advertisements, and offers no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. If future versions introduce optional purchases or ads, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, resell, or exploit the App except as permitted by law, and not to use it to violate any law or any third-party right.
The App — including its name, design, code, graphics, animations, and content — is owned by Birkin Apps and protected by intellectual-property laws. Karagöz shadow theatre is a traditional cultural art form; our original characters, artwork, and presentation in the App are our own work. No rights are granted to you except the limited license above.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birkin Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount (if any) you paid for the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. To the extent it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms govern where permitted.
We may update these Terms; continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), Birkin Apps (“biz”) tarafından geliştirilen Hayal: Gölge Koşusu (“Uygulama”) oyununu kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Size; bu Koşullara ve Uygulamayı edindiğiniz uygulama mağazasının kurallarına tabi olarak, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda kişisel, ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla Uygulamayı indirip kullanmanız için kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz.
Uygulamanın mevcut sürümü ücretsizdir, reklam içermez, uygulama içi satın alma ve abonelik sunmaz. Gelecekteki sürümlerde isteğe bağlı satın alma veya reklam eklenirse, önce bu Koşullar ve Gizlilik Politikası güncellenir.
Uygulamayı, yasaların izin verdiği durumlar dışında tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, kaynağına ayırmamayı, değiştirmemeyi, dağıtmamayı, yeniden satmamayı veya istismar etmemeyi; ayrıca herhangi bir yasayı ya da üçüncü taraf hakkını ihlal için kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Uygulama — adı, tasarımı, kodu, grafikleri, animasyonları ve içeriği dâhil — Birkin Apps’e aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. Karagöz gölge tiyatrosu geleneksel bir kültürel sanat biçimidir; Uygulamadaki özgün karakterler, çizimler ve sunum bize aittir. Yukarıdaki sınırlı lisans dışında size hiçbir hak verilmez.
Uygulama, yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hiçbir tür garanti olmaksızın “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekliyle” sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, güvenli veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Birkin Apps; Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Sorumluluğun hariç tutulamadığı yerlerde, sorumluluk Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla (varsa) sınırlıdır.
Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Uygulamayı kaldırarak istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz.
Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
Uygulamayı Apple App Store’dan edindiyseniz, Apple’ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Bu Koşullarla çeliştiği ölçüde, izin verilen yerlerde bu Koşullar geçerlidir.
Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
